Our ladies only* studio incorporates a wide range of fitness programs to accommodate every lifestyle. We have found that it is easy to lose inspiration when your fitness regime starts to feel too repetitive. Whilst it is important to include exercise into your daily routine, your classes should vary to accommodate how you feel on a day to day basis.
Prima Fitness offers fitness classes which work seamlessly together to give you that overall feeling of accomplishment. Our instructors are highly experienced, hold qualifications in their field and regularly take part in ongoing training. We offer a range of advice to suit your needs and incorporate props and equipment to accommodate your level of fitness as well as keeping things interesting.
Prima Fitness not only offers specialised classes, we also cater for ladies wanting a gym membership at a competitive price, in a boutique environment with like- minded women. We offer a range of Isotronic Hydraulic Equipment, Cardio Equipment, Free Weights and lots more. Our gym section perfectly accommodates our classes and we offer a combined pack which includes unlimited use of both the gym and classes listed on our timetable. You are also able to choose a gym only option if you find it difficult making it to classes.
We all have different reasons for wanting to exercise- our studio and instructors understand that living a happy lifestyle means finding balance. We are here to keep you motivated, be real, encourage and challenge you, as well as offer you a comfortable atmosphere to work out in.

More commonly named Jill
After graduating with an Advanced Diploma of Dance, Jill was selected to join Link Dance Company for 2006 under the direction of Michael Whaites and graduated with a Bachelor of Dance at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts. Jill has instructed, performed and competed in various events around Perth and abroad. Her passion for the fitness industry grew after having her 2 beautiful babies and she has spent the last few years working towards opening her own studio to incorporate her dance and fitness skills. Jill is extremely passionate about encouraging and challenging all her clients to reach and surpass their fitness goals.
Prima Fitness has been a dream for several years. Jill is extremely grateful to have this opportunity and support from her family. She dedicates her success and owes her inspiration to amazing friend Julie- Anne Taylor.
Chiara has been a fitness instructor since 2015. Her passion for health and fitness started at an early age, as she spent most of her high school years, in Bali, playing sports. Chiara has been passionate about surfing, horse riding and pole dancing, before falling in love with Muay Thai in 2013.
She loved kickboxing so much she even trained throughout her pregnancy, up to 39 weeks. Unfortunately, an injury prevented her from taking her training into the ring. Her passion is still reflected in her kickboxing classes and you'll be sure to feel it, should you come along. Chiara loves seeing her clients achieve their fitness goals and finds their progression extremely rewarding. You can find her on the mats Tuesday's and Thursday's motivating and challenging her clients.
Annelise grew up in regional WA studying dance under Renee Paul in classical ballet as well as in contemporary and theatrical styles. Annelise studied the Cecchetti Ballet syllabus completing her Advanced 1 which she received 100% for her final exam. In addition, she represented WA in the National Lucie Saranova competition and has received numerous scholarships including the South West Ballet Scholarship and the Western Australia Cecchetti Ballet Scholarship.
She completed Certificate II at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts before being accepted into WAAPA’s full time classical ballet stream where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Dance in 2015.
During her time studying at WAAPA, Annelise gained work experience with Leigh Warren and Dancers in Adelaide, The Australian Ballet and was a guest artist with the West Australian Ballet in their production of Coppélia in 2015.
Annelise has 9 years of dance teaching experience and currently holds her senior First Aid, Mental Health First Aid and Working With Children Check.
